Each Netpoa service has its own Service Schedule — the operational specifics (resource limits, refund windows, suspension clocks, SLA targets) that the Master Terms of Service can't cover generically. The Master Terms and the relevant Schedule together form your contract for that service. Where they conflict on a service-specific matter, the Schedule prevails (Master §17).
