D.1 Service Scope
Sanya Business is a hosted, multi-tenant SaaS providing invoicing & sales, expense tracking, Tanzania payroll (PAYE / NSSF / WCF / SDL), statutory-compliance tracking, inventory, CRM, an employee portal, and SMS reminders — per the plan you ordered (Starter, Standard, Pro). Each customer gets a private workspace at yourname.sanya.tz backed by its own database (true tenant isolation — see Security).
D.2 Your Data & Tax Calculations
Sanya computes PAYE, NSSF, WCF, and SDL using the current TRA bands and statutory rates built into the system. You remain responsible for the correctness of your filings — Sanya is a tool, not a licensed tax agent. Verify computed figures against your own accountant's advice before remitting. We update the bands when TRA changes them, but a brief lag between a gazette change and a system update is possible; if in doubt, check with TRA.
D.3 Billing & Renewal
Subscription billed in advance — monthly, semi-annually (save 1 month), or yearly (save 2 months). Auto-renews unless cancelled; reminder 14 days before due date. Mid-cycle cancellation does not generate a pro-rated refund (Master §5.1). Bank-transfer / pay-later signups (where offered) provision the workspace immediately with the first invoice due per the configured window.
D.4 Suspension & Data Retention

Pay the outstanding invoice during suspension or the retention window to reactivate. After deletion, the workspace and its database are gone and cannot be recovered.
D.5 Data Export & Portability
While your workspace is active you can export your data (invoices, customers, payroll, inventory) to CSV / PDF at any time from within the app. On cancellation we keep your data for 90 days then delete it permanently — export before you cancel. We can provide a full data dump on written request during the retention window.
D.6 Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the Sanya Business platform. Planned maintenance is announced in advance via the in-app banner and status.netpoa.tz. The general SLA exclusions in Master §8 apply.
D.7 Customer Responsibilities
- Keep your login + 2FA confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account (Master §3).
- Obtain consent from your employees / customers before entering their personal data — you are the data controller for the data you put into Sanya; we are your processor (see the DPA).
- Use SMS features in line with the SMS Schedule and recipient-consent rules.
