C.1 Service Scope
Netpoa Cloud provides NVMe-backed virtual private servers in low-latency European data centres, plus optional Storage Box and object storage. Each VPS includes the vCPU / RAM / NVMe / bandwidth allocation stated for your plan, dedicated IPv4 + IPv6, a control panel (boot / reboot / console / rebuild / snapshot), and root/administrator access.
C.2 Shared-Responsibility Model
A VPS is fundamentally different from managed hosting. Responsibility splits cleanly:

C.3 Billing & Renewal
VPS plans bill in advance, monthly or annually. Annual plans are discounted. Auto-renews unless cancelled; renewal reminder 14 days before due date. Annual plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee on first order (Refunds); monthly plans are final once charged.
C.4 Uptime SLA
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the virtualisation layer (the VM being powered and reachable). SLA covers our infrastructure only — downtime caused by your OS, your software, your firewall, or your resource exhaustion is excluded. Same credit tiers as Schedule A §A.3, claimable at info@netpoa.com within 30 days.
C.7 Suspension & Deletion Clock

While suspended, the VM is powered off but the disk image is retained — pay the invoice to power back on. After the deletion deadline, the disk image is wiped at the infrastructure level and cannot be recovered. We do not extract data from a suspended or deleted VM on your behalf.
C.8 Acceptable Use
Root access is not a licence for anything. The AUP applies in full — no spam relays, no malware C2, no Tor exit nodes without authorisation, no crypto-mining that violates our fair-use, no illegal content. We may suspend immediately for active abuse (outbound DDoS, spam, compromised box attacking others) and notify you after.
C.9 Storage Box & Object Storage
Storage Box (SFTP/SMB/rsync/BorgBackup-compatible) and S3-compatible object storage are sold separately, billed by capacity tier, monthly or annually. Same suspension clock as VPS. Ideal as the off-site backup destination for your VPS and hosting accounts.
