F.1 Service Scope
Kanisa MS is a hosted, Swahili-first church management system: members & departments, attendance, tithes & offerings, events, baptism / confirmation registers, SMS broadcasts to the congregation, and donor dashboards. Each church gets a workspace at yourchurch.kanisa.or.tz.
F.2 Billing & Renewal
Subscription billed in advance, monthly or annually, from TZS 10,000/month. Auto-renews unless cancelled; reminder 14 days before due date. Mid-cycle cancellation is not pro-rated refunded (Master §5.1). SMS broadcasts consume SanyaSMS credits and are governed by the SMS Schedule, including recipient-consent rules.
F.3 Suspension & Data Retention
Same lifecycle as Sanya Business: a 7-day grace period after a missed renewal, then suspension (workspace inaccessible, data preserved), then a 90-day retention window during which payment reactivates the workspace, then permanent deletion. Export your registers before cancelling.
F.4 Member & Donor Data
Your congregation's personal data (members, contacts, giving records) belongs to your church. You are the data controller; Netpoa Limited is your processor (see the DPA). You are responsible for handling that data lawfully under Tanzania's PDPA — obtain consent before adding members' contact details, and use SMS broadcasts only to consenting recipients.
F.5 Availability & Support
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Support in Swahili and English at info@netpoa.com; in-app help inside the church workspace.
