G.1 Service Scope
Sanya Store lets businesses sell digital products (downloadable files, templates, documents, media) to their customers, with secure time-limited download links and TZS payment via our online partner. Sellers list products; buyers pay and download.
G.2 Sellers
- You are responsible for owning or licensing the rights to everything you list. Do not sell pirated, infringing, or illegal content (AUP).
- You set your own prices in TZS. We deduct a platform fee / payment-processing fee disclosed at listing time; the remainder settles to you per the payout schedule in your seller dashboard.
- You are responsible for any VAT / income tax due on your sales — we provide transaction records, not tax filing.
G.3 Buyers
- Download links are HMAC-signed and time-limited (typically valid 24 hours; re-issued any time from your library).
- Digital goods are non-refundable once downloaded, except where the product is faulty, materially not-as-described, or the wrong file was delivered — see Refund Policy.
- You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use what you bought, per the seller's stated terms.
G.4 Disputes & Takedowns
Netpoa Limited operates the platform but is not the seller of seller-listed goods. We act as a neutral intermediary. We will remove a listing on a valid rights-holder complaint (DMCA-style) or a court / regulatory order, and may suspend a seller for repeated infringement or fraud. Disputes about a specific product's quality are between buyer and seller; we facilitate but do not adjudicate.
