Netpoa Limited is a Tanzanian company. We run servers, register domains, and build software — for Tanzanian businesses who want a local partner they can call, in shillings they understand, under a legal jurisdiction they live in.

Our story

Started because nothing else fit.

Netpoa Limited was founded by Tanzanian operators who were tired of three things:

  1. Paying for hosting in dollars. Every month a new FX surprise. Every renewal a guess at what the bill would be. We built TZS-first billing from day one — no hidden conversions, no surprises.
  2. Foreign support tickets going nowhere. Tickets routed to call centres in regions that closed when Dar was waking up. Average first reply > 24 hours. We staff our support locally — same time zone, same language, same problem set.
  3. Software built for elsewhere. Accounting tools that didn't know what TIN or VRN meant. Payroll software that couldn't do PAYE bands. Church management systems that only spoke English. So we built our own — Sanya Business, SanyaSMS, Kanisa MS — sitting on top of our own infrastructure.

Today Netpoa powers more than 2,000 Tanzanian businesses across web hosting, VPS, domain registration, business email, and our three flagship SaaS products — including 1,350+ .tz domains under management and over 100 businesses running their day-to-day on Sanya Business or Kanisa MS. Everything billed in TZS. Everything supported from Dar.

Sold and supported via netpoa.com with TZS-first pricing and local payment methods.

Software

In-house SaaS: Sanya Business (multi-tenant business OS), SanyaSMS (bulk SMS gateway), Kanisa MS (church management).

Each app has its own login domain and its own customer journey — same legal entity, same billing engine, same support team.
