How long does setup take?+

Five minutes for the account itself. Add the domain DNS record (we email instructions), and you're live as soon as DNS propagates — typically < 30 minutes for .tz family, < 2 hours for international TLDs.

Do you support WordPress?+

Yes — WordPress Toolkit is bundled with the Business and Pro plans for one-click install, staging environments, and bulk updates. The Starter plan can install WordPress via Softaculous in 30 seconds.

Can I host multiple websites on one account?+

Yes — Business plans hold up to 10 sites, Pro plans are unlimited. Each gets its own document root, its own SSL cert, and its own database. They share the account's overall storage and bandwidth.

What payment methods do you accept?+

M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Halopesa, Visa/Mastercard, and direct bank transfer. Annual plans paid by bank transfer get a 5% discount.

What's your refund policy?+

14-day no-questions-asked refund on the first hosting purchase. Domains and SSL are non-refundable (we pay the registry / CA when you order). Full details in our refunds policy.

Do you provide email hosting separately?+

Yes — if you only need mailboxes (not a website), our standalone business email plans start at TZS 60,000/year per mailbox.

Can I upgrade later?+

Anytime. Move from Starter to Business or Business to Pro from your client area — pro-rated billing on the difference, no downtime. Outgrew shared hosting entirely? Move to a Cloud VPS.

What if my site gets hacked?+

We notify you within 24 hours of detection and may suspend if outbound spam or malware is observed. Recovery is your responsibility (your CMS / plugin compromise is the usual cause). We can recommend trusted partners to help — see our acceptable use policy.
