Either, per domain. Point client domains to our nameservers and manage every record with the free DNS Manager included with each domain — or set your own default nameservers once in your panel (your cPanel or Plesk host's, for example) and every new registration delegates there automatically. You can switch any domain between the two at any time.

You do — centrally. Your clients never need a NetPoa login. You update nameservers and individual DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT and more) for any domain in your portfolio directly in your Reseller Panel, from your WHMCS admin, or from your own system via the API.

There is a full JSON API (HMAC-SHA256 signed) covering registration, renewal, transfer-in, nameservers, DNS records, contacts, EPP codes, registrar lock, expiry sync, balance and bulk imports — everything can be automated from your platform. A ready-made WHMCS registrar module is included too: install it, paste your API keys, and your WHMCS sells domains like any registrar. Full documentation ships with your reseller account.

Nothing renews without your instruction — we never auto-charge you. A renewal happens when you trigger it — either one API call, or one click in your Reseller Panel if you don't run a system of your own — debited from your prepaid credit at your tier price. Resellers with a platform usually automate it: when your client pays you, your system calls our renew endpoint. We sync expiry dates from the registry and email you when your credit runs low.

.co.tz, .or.tz, .me.tz and .ne.tz are open — standard contact details, no documents, instant activation. Restricted extensions differ: .go.tz is not available to the public (government entities only), .ac.tz needs an accreditation letter, .sc.tz is reserved for registered schools, and .hotel.tz needs a hotel licence. Yes — three ways, all from inside your Reseller Panel. Standard EPP transfer from another registrar (FREE for the whole .tz family, with a bulk form for up to 20 at once; other TLDs at your tier transfer price), one-click import of domains already registered with NetPoa, or bulk import: paste up to 200 domain names and we verify each against the registry automatically.

No. If you have a platform, use the WHMCS module or the JSON API to automate everything. If you don't, the Reseller Panel runs the whole business: a guided wizard registers new domains (search, see availability and your price, enter the customer's details, done), and every domain in your portfolio opens into its own management page — DNS records, nameservers, registrant contacts, EPP codes, registrar lock and renewals, all self-service. Many resellers start manually and add automation later.

Yes — every reseller account has a sandbox mode. Switch it on and registrations, renewals, transfers and DNS changes are fully simulated: no charges, no registry calls, and the API behaves exactly like production so you can develop your integration safely. Switch it off and you're live.

You get your money back — automatically, within seconds. Every operation is charged only on success: if the registry rejects a registration, renewal or transfer for any reason, the exact amount returns to your credit balance immediately, and both the charge and the refund appear in your transaction ledger. We only ever keep money for domains that actually registered.

Automatically — there is nothing to apply for. Your tier is based on the number of active domains in your portfolio: 0–50 domains is Tier 1 (10% off retail), and 51 or more moves you to Tier 2 (20% off retail). We detect the change and apply the better rate to your next registrations, renewals and transfers. If your active-domain count drops back below 51, your tier adjusts down the same way. Your current tier and domain count are always shown in your Reseller Panel.

No setup fee and no monthly commitment. Whatever the plan costs, the full amount becomes your opening credit balance — your entry cost converts directly into domains you can sell. After that, top up any amount, anytime, by mobile money, and pay only for what you register.

No lock-in. Domains are registered in your client's name (registrant contact). You can hand them their EPP code to transfer to any registrar, or the domain can be managed under a regular NetPoa account. No exit fees, no obstacles.
