Teofrida Gervas is the Company Secretary and Data Protection Officer (DPO) of Netpoa Limited, serving on the company's board. She leads Netpoa's corporate governance, statutory compliance, and data-protection practice.
As Company Secretary
Teofrida ensures that Netpoa Limited meets its legal and governance obligations. She maintains the company's statutory records, coordinates board meetings and resolutions, and manages filings and correspondence with regulators including BRELA. She serves as the link between the board, management, and shareholders — keeping the company's governance sound as it grows.
As Data Protection Officer
Teofrida oversees Netpoa's compliance with Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Act. She advises on how customer and employee data is collected, stored, and protected, handles data-subject requests, and acts as the point of contact for privacy matters — reflected in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
