1. The short version
We use a small number of essential cookies to make our services work — keeping you logged in, remembering your preferences, securing forms. We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, cross-site trackers, or third-party behavioural analytics on customer-facing pages. We don't sell or share your browsing data.
2. Cookies we set
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
session | Keeps you logged into your account / client area | Session / 8h idle |
csrf | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery | Session |
prefs | Remembers UI preferences (e.g. language) | 1 year |
All of these are strictly necessary — the service can't function without them, so they don't require opt-in consent under PDPA / GDPR.
3. What we do NOT use
- No Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party behavioural trackers on customer-facing pages.
- No advertising / retargeting cookies.
- No cross-site tracking or data brokering.
- No "fingerprinting" beyond standard server access logs (IP + user-agent, retained 90 days for security).
4. Third-party services
When you pay through our online payment partner, or load a payment widget, that partner may set its own cookies governed by its privacy policy. Those appear only on the payment step, not across our site. Our public marketing pages may be served through Cloudflare, which sets a cookie for security / bot-mitigation purposes — strictly functional, no advertising.
5. Controlling cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking the session or csrf cookies will prevent you from logging in or submitting forms — they're required for the service to function. Blocking prefs only means we forget your UI preferences.
6. Changes
If we ever change our cookie usage (e.g. introduce privacy-respecting first-party analytics), we'll update this page and the "Effective" date above.
