Start a campaign

Sign up, describe your need, set a goal and add a real photo. Upload supporting documents and a letter from your local government leader.

We verify

Our team checks your NIDA, documents and payout account — often by calling the hospital, school or local leader. Approved campaigns get the ✔ badge.

Share and receive donations

Share your link on WhatsApp and social media. Donors pay with M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money or HaloPesa, and progress updates live.

Fees

Our fees — fully transparent.

Because the donor pays the fee on top of the donation, the campaign receives the full amount the donor chose to give.

Service feePlatform fee 5% + payment network cost (~2.57%). The platform fee is at least TZS 100 per donation.

Why you can trust Changisha campaigns.

NIDA identity

Every campaign owner verifies their phone by SMS, then NIDA, an ID photo and a selfie holding the ID.

Real documents and photos

Hospital or school letters, cost estimates, a photo of the real situation and a local government letter. Each one is checked.

Verified NGOs

Organisations submit their registration certificate, TIN and a board letter. Once verified they get the ✔ badge and their own page.

Reviewed payouts

Money goes only to the verified account, after each request is reviewed. Bank: the full amount at once; mobile money: up to TZS 5,000,000 per day. Amounts withdrawn are shown publicly.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Do I need an account to donate? +

No. Enter the amount, your name and phone number, then confirm with your mobile money PIN. You get a thank-you message with the transaction reference.

When does the campaign owner get the money? +

Once the campaign is verified, they can request a payout at any time (minimum TZS 50,000, fee TZS 1,500 per request). The campaign keeps receiving donations meanwhile.

Can I donate without showing my name? +

Yes. Tick "Hide my name" and on the campaign page you appear as "Donor".

What if I see a fraudulent campaign? +

Tap "Report this campaign" below the donation form. Payouts are held and every report is investigated.

What is the service fee used for? +

Payment network costs, SMS and WhatsApp, campaign verification and running the platform.
